From next week (9th June 2025) we will be rolling out a completely optional pre-consultation questionnaire.
We will use a tool called BetterConsult to help make your visit smoother, more focused, and more effective. Before your appointment, you’ll receive a short digital questionnaire where you can outline your symptoms, concerns, and any medications you’re taking. This gives your doctor a clear picture of what you’d like to discuss—before you even walk in the door.
By sharing this information ahead of time, your doctor can spend less time typing notes and more time listening, explaining, and helping you make informed decisions about your care. It’s especially helpful if you have several concerns, find it hard to explain symptoms, or want to make sure nothing gets missed. You can read more about BetterConsult here.
Privacy
Your privacy and data security s very important to us. With BetterConsult your medical information is private, confidential and totally secure. BetterConsult will never sell or disclose personally identifiable health information without explicit and clear consent. The information stays in Australia and is only shared with your doctor or medical professional. The doctor has the option to copy and save the information that you provide into your medical record, but the information held by BetterConsult is deleted after 72 hours and is intended to only be used for the purposes of one specific consultation.
Opt out
